Job summary

MUJI is seeking part-time Sales Assistants for seasonal roles in Central London. You will be the face of MUJI, delivering exceptional customer service, helping customers discover products, and supporting the team to hit sales targets.

You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with shifts including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. You’ll help maintain store presentation and assist with deliveries and stock control to ensure shelves are always stocked and merchandised to MUJI

Are you passionate about great customer service and love working in a fast-paced retail environment? We’re looking for part-time Sales Assistants to join our team in our Central London stores to support during peak season !

You’ll need to be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be the face of MUJI – helping customers discover products they love, keeping our stores looking beautiful, and supporting the team to smash our sales goals.

What You’ll Do

• Put our customers first every time and make their shopping experience memorable.
• Spot what customers need and help them choose the right products.
• Help hit daily and weekly sales targets as part of a supportive team.
• Become an expert on MUJI’s product range and learn how to sell with confidence.
• Keep our shop floor looking its best – tidy, welcoming, and perfectly merchandised.
• Pitch in with deliveries and restocking, so shelves are never empty.
• Support stock control processes and stay on top of what’s coming in and out.
