Job summary

CSS in Braintree is seeking a friendly Sales Assistant to join our growing team. The role involves outbound calls, building professional customer relationships, and introducing products to identify customer needs.

You will work Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm with hybrid working options and full training provided. A supportive team environment and progression opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Good organisational and administrative skills.
• Basic IT proficiency.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers from a pre-approved client list
• Build rapport and maintain professional customer relationships
• Introduce products and services and identify customer needs
• Generate sales leads and arrange appointments where appropriate
• Update customer information accurately on company systems
