Dreams is hiring a part-time Bed Expert in Harlow to help customers find the perfect mattress. You’ll welcome customers, understand their needs and use Sleepmatch technology to tailor recommendations.

The role offers a friendly, supportive team environment with flexible shifts across the week. You’ll be the friendly face in-store, delivering expert advice while maintaining a welcoming display and helping achieve store targets.

• Greet customers and determine their needs to tailor mattress recommendations.
• Use Sleepmatch technology and product knowledge to advise on the right bed.
• Provide friendly, expert advice and build trust with customers during each visit.
• Keep the store clean, tidy and inviting for every customer.
• Support teamwork and contribute to achieving store targets across shifts.
