Job summary

Consultora Excelsior in Manchester is seeking a friendly Sales Assistant to join our busy store. Start date immediate, with options for Monday–Friday or weekend-only shifts from 9:00 to 17:00, plus generous overtime opportunities.

You will greet customers, assist with product finding, answer questions, and help with cashiers. The role includes stock replenishment, store upkeep, and contributing to weekly sales reports.

Qualifications

• Prior working experience as a sales assistant.
• Minimum age 18.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team player.
• Physically fit.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers upon entering the store.
• Assists customers in locating specific products.
• Answers inquiries.
• Directs customers to the manager for decisions out of their hands.
• Replenishes product inventory.
• Cleans the store.
• Assists cashiers.
• Tracks and reports record of sales.
• Seeks feedback to improve customer service.
