Job summary

Sports Direct is recruiting a Sales Assistant to join our fast-paced store network. You’ll greet customers, help them find products, and deliver great service from door to till.

Development paths include in-store induction, Supervisor and Management programmes, and nationally recognised qualifications.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential.
• Confident, friendly, positive attitude.
• Motivation to deliver results and take real pride in your work.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and help them find the right product.
• Deliver brilliant service at every touchpoint, from the door to the till.
• Keep the shop floor tidy, well-stocked, and visually on point.
• Replenish shelves and rails so the floor is always ready for the next customer.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately.
• Promote current offers and spot upsell opportunities.
• Work as one team to hit daily sales and service goals.
