Job summary

Boundary Outlet is seeking a Sales Assistant to support customers and contribute to a positive shopping experience. The role offers a flexible, part-time schedule (8 hours a week, 2 days out of 7) with duties spanning customer service, stock replenishment and merchandising, plus occasional deliveries.

You will work both as part of a team and independently, taking pride in your work and adapting to a varied workload. Prior retail experience is welcome but not essential.

• Motivated, enthusiastic and able to handle a varied workload.
• Able to work well in a team and also on your own.

Responsibilities

• Deal with customers in a polite and professional manner.
• Assist customers to find goods and products they are looking for.
• Replenishment and merchandising; lifting boxes and helping with deliveries.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in the department; lone working.
• Undertake administrative duties related to the role.
• Retail experience is helpful but not essential.
