Job summary

Sports Direct is seeking a Sales Assistant to be on the front line of one of the UK's busiest store networks. You’ll help customers find the right products, keep the floor sharp, and support the team through each trading day. No two shifts are the same, and that variety is the point.

You’ll join a fast-paced retail environment with opportunities for development and progression within the Frasers Group. Prior retail experience isn’t essential, but a customer-first attitude and flexibility are

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not essential.
• You should be motivated to deliver results and take pride in your work.
• Flexibility and reliability, especially through peak trade.
• A team-player mentality that thrives when the pace picks up.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and help them find the right product.
• Deliver excellent service at every touchpoint from door to till.
• Keep the shop floor tidy, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
• Replenish shelves so the floor is ready for the next customer.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately.
• Promote current offers and upsell opportunities.
• Work as one team to hit daily sales and service goals.
