Job summary

Sports Direct, part of the Frasers Group, is seeking a Sales Assistant to be on the front line helping customers, keeping the floor sharp, and driving the team through busy trading days. You’ll greet customers, offer brilliant service, keep shelves tidy and assist with till transactions.

Qualifications

• Customer service or retail experience is a bonus but not essential.
• Strong communication with customers and team.
• Flexible, reliable and ready for peak trade.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, help find the right product.
• Deliver friendly, high-quality service from entry to till.
• Keep shop floor tidy, well-stocked and visually appealing.
• Replenish shelves; keep floor ready for customers.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Promote offers and upsell where appropriate.
• Work as one team to hit daily sales and service targets.
