Crown Paints in Glasgow Shawfield is hiring a Sales Assistant / Driver for a 12-month temp role, 37.5 hours per week, at £12.71 per hour plus a benefits package. You will assist customers, tint paints, drive the store van locally, and handle sales and stock duties to keep the shop running smoothly.

The role focuses on building customer relationships, supporting trade accounts, and delivering high standards of service. A friendly, reliable approach and a full driving licence are required.

Are you our new Sales Assistant?

We're looking for a Sales Assistant / Driver to join our Glasgow Shawfieldstore team. You will be:

• Delivering brilliant customer service in store and over the phone
• Mixing and tinting paint to customer requirements
• Driving the store van to deliver stock locally
• Processing sales and handling POS transactions
• Supporting stock control, deliveries and store standards
• Building relationships with customers and opening new trade accounts

Our customers range from DIYers working on weekend projects to professional decorators and builders who rely on us every day. A key part of your role will be to identify potential new customers, establish positive relationships and open customer accounts regularly.
