Crown Paints in Cardiff is recruiting a part-time Sales Assistant to support customers and trade accounts. You will mix and tint paint, handle sales at the till, and drive the store van to deliver stock locally, while maintaining store standards.

The role emphasizes customer service, relationship-building with DIYers and professional decorators, and opportunities for development within a long-standing paint specialist.

Are you our new Sales Assistant?

We’re looking for a Sales Assistant / Driver to join our Cardiffstore team. You will be:

• Delivering brilliant customer service in store and over the phone
• Mixing and tinting paint to customer requirements
• Driving the store van to deliver stock locally
• Processing sales and handling POS transactions
• Supporting stock control, deliveries and store standards
• Building relationships with customers and opening new trade accounts

Our customers range from DIYers working on weekend projects to professional decorators and builders who rely on us every day. A key part of your role will be to identify potential new customers, establish positive relationships and open customer accounts regularly.
