Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Sales experience or knowledge of building materials is a bonus.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the role.

Responsibilities

• Building connections with customers in person, over the phone, and in the branch or yard, providing expert advice
• Preparing quotes, following up on enquiries, and developing leads
• Managing essential admin efficiently
• With up-to-date product knowledge to help customers find the best materials
• Maintaining well-stocked, inviting displays
• Collaborating across the branch with colleagues, including yard and counter sales, to support the team
