Card Factory is seeking friendly Sales Assistants to join our vibrant stores. You’ll greet customers, help them find products, and ensure tills run smoothly with a smile. Training is provided, and teamwork keeps our shelves looking fabulous.

We value welcoming, energetic individuals who enjoy a busy, fun environment and are flexible to work across nearby stores if needed. This role is ideal for someone who loves great customer moments and being part of a celebration-focused team.

No retail experience needed, you’ll be working with a friendly team and receive full training. What matters most is that you’re friendly, approachable, comfortable on your feet (it gets busy, but it’s all part of the fun!) and ready to help. If you’re flexible with your time — we may even offer shifts across nearby stores if you’re up for.
