Job summary

Savers in Tewkesbury is hiring a Sales Assistant to join our fast-paced team. You’ll help customers, keep shelves tidy, and create a welcoming, on-brand shopping experience. You’ll be frontline, supporting promotions, stock checks, and helping customers find what they need.

The role is part-time (16 hours per week) with flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. If you enjoy retail, teamwork, and delivering great service, this is a place where you can grow with us.

Qualifications

• Customer service focus and team player attitude.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to engage with local community and customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the shop floor and answer product questions.
• Keep shelves tidy and well stocked, ensuring on-brand store standards.
• Support promotions and stock checks, helping customers find items.
• Contribute to a welcoming in-store experience and assist with till when needed.
