Job summary

Savers in Southampton is seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. The role offers shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, with a pay rate of £9.75–£13.00 per hour and up to 33 days of holiday entitlement.

You’ll help customers, keep the store welcoming and support the team in delivering Savers’ great value and service. This is a flexible, community-focused opportunity where every day brings a new challenge.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with purchases and queries in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Help maintain store standards, stock levels and visual presentation.
• Support colleagues and contribute to a positive in-store experience for all customers.

Job description

Location: Southampton
Hours per Week: 8hourswith the opportunity to work more hours.
Shift pattern: Part-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview
Salary: £9.75 - £13.00 per hour
