Job summary

Card Factory is hiring Sales Assistants in the United Kingdom. No retail experience is required and full training is provided. You’ll join a friendly team focused on delivering a welcoming shopping experience for every customer.

You’ll greet customers, help them find what they need, and operate the tills with a smile. You’ll keep shelves stocked and maintained, and you’ll promote gifts and wrap as part of a vibrant store environment.

• Serve at the tills with a smile, making sure everyone finds what they came in for (and maybe a little extra).
• Keeping our shelves stocked and looking fabulous.
• Recommend our amazing range of gifts, wrap, and more — we’re so much more than cards!

No retail experience needed, you’ll be working with a friendly team and receive full training. What matters most is that you’re friendly, approachable, comfortable on your feet (it gets busy, but it’s all part of the fun!) and ready to help. If you’re flexible with your time — we may even offer shifts across nearby stores if you’re up for.
