Job summary

Plumb Centre in Blackwood (NP12 2XF) is seeking a Part Time Sales Advisor for 20 hours a week, mornings. The role involves front-line customer service at the trade counter and over the phone, giving product advice and preparing quotations.

You will identify opportunities to grow branch sales and occasionally drive an LCV to deliver orders. Open Monday to Saturday with Saturday mornings, this role includes a pension, annual leave and bonus potential as part of the Wolseley Group benefits.

• Previous customer facing experience.
• A confident, positive and approachable attitude.
• A genuine passion for providing great customer service.
• The enthusiasm to work as part of a team and support colleagues.
• Full UK Manual Driving licence essential.

This vacancy is for 20 hours (4/hrs day), Mornings.

Working pattern will be discussed at the interview stage.

We’re looking for a Part Time Sales Advisor to join our team in Blackwood (NP12 2XF) to:

• Build strong relationships with customers at the trade counter and over the phone.

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable product advice and prepare quotations.

• Identify opportunities to grow branch sales.
• Driving a Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV - up to 3.5t) to deliver orders directly to our customers and their sites.
