Job summary

Savers is hiring a Sales Assistant in Motherwell for part-time hours with flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and keeping store standards high, contributing to a welcoming shopping environment.

You should be enthusiastic about retail, enjoy working as part of a team, and be ready to engage with customers to find great deals and provide Savers smiles every day.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred
• Positive can-do attitude and teamwork
• Ability to engage customers and upsell

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with queries and product information.
• Maintain store standards and merchandising.
• Support opening/closing procedures and cash handling where needed.

Location: Motherwell
Hours per Week:12 hourswith the opportunity to work more hours.
Shift pattern: Part-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview
Salary: £9.75 - £13.00 per hour
