Job summary

Superdrug is hiring a Sales Assistant at our Merthyr Tydfil store. You'll greet customers, help with products, keep shelves stocked and support store targets, in a hands-on, fast-paced environment with training and real progression opportunities.

Hours are 8 per week with the chance to take more shifts. Flexible shifts, piercing services after training, and benefits including up to 28 days holiday, a 30% discount for you and a family member, plus great incentives and access to Stream earnings.

As a Sales Assistant at Superdrug, you'll be right at the heart of the action-serving customers with a smile, sharing our amazing Star Buys, and making sure everyone leaves feeling great!

You’ll help keep the store looking its best and fully stocked, while playing a key role in smashing store targets.

It’s a hands‑on, fast‑paced role that’s never boring and packed with chances to learn. We see our Sales Assistants as future Team Leaders, and we’ll give you everything you need to grow‑with brilliant training, and real opportunities to progress.
