shoezone has an opportunity for a Sales Assistant to join our team based in Hemel Hempstead. You will join us on a Part Time, Permanent basis and receive a competitive salary depending on age. After 3 years you will be on the national minimum wage for 21+ year olds regardless of your age. You will also receive career development opportunities and great benefits.

This position requires working 14 hours a week; flexibility is required and the core rota may change based on business needs.

Salary is pro‑rated: £7,315.00 to £8,931.62 per annum (Full Time Equivalent £19,593.75 to £23,923.96) depending on your age. After 3 years you will be on the national minimum wage. You will also have career development opportunities and great benefits.

The Sales Assistant Role

We don’t expect you to know shoezone inside and out, which is why we train and develop all Sales Assistants to give the knowledge, confidence and skills needed to be the best they can. However you will need genuine enthusiasm, passion for helping people, and motivation to learn and develop.
