  • Collaborate with the E‑Commerce team to boost online sales.
  • Act as a Keyholder – the go‑to person when a manager is absent, keeping the store running smoothly and ensuring a great customer experience.
Qualifications
  • 18 + years old.
  • Physical stamina for moving high volumes of donation bags.
  • Previous retail experience not essential – passion, energy, and customer‑service focus are essential.
  • Confident team player comfortable guiding volunteers on the shop floor.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and independently in a fast‑paced environment.
