Anne Fontaine in London is seeking a personable retail professional to act as brand ambassador in our New Bond Street store. The role focuses on delivering personalized customer experiences and maintaining visual standards.

Permanent part-time contract (24 hours per week) with a salary of £15,000–£17,000 gross per year. You will develop the customer portfolio, help with events and stock control, and work with a motivated team.

Evolving in a high-end environment, you will be an ambassador of the Anne Fontaine brand. In complete mastery of the brand universe and ensuring a personalized customer experience, you contribute to the achievement of the store's objectives.

You will participate in all the activities inherent to the good operation of the store and the radiance of the brand :

• Develop and follow the customer portfolio
• Participate in the organization of events such as launches of collections
• Enhance the collection by respecting the visual identity of the brand
• Participate in the follow-up of the stock and ensure its reliability.

The store is located in New Bond Street.

Permanent contract : 24 hours per week

We are looking for a candidate who is an excellent communicator with a confident, proactive approach, you will be relied on to build relationships with customers, as well as with the team you work with. You will need a good knowledge of fashion trends and plenty of energy and enthusiasm. Working within an enthusiastic and motivated team, you will have the ability to inspire customers, listen to their needs and meet their expectations.
