Job summary

Nobody’s Child is seeking enthusiastic Sales Associates to work across multiple London stores. As a brand ambassador, you’ll create a warm, inspiring and memorable in-store experience, reflecting our commitment to sustainability and individuality.

Ideal candidates have retail exposure and a passion for excellent customer service, with a readiness to contribute to a new store launch in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Previous retail experience is preferred, with a passion for customer experience and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent sales service to customers and achieve department targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Identify customer needs and provide information on Nobody’s Child products.
• Maintain stock levels and keep areas neat and presentable.
• Assist with visual merchandising and styling guidance on the shop floor.
• Process POS purchases and handle returns.
• Represent the brand positively and contribute to a sustainable store environment.

We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to work across multiple London stores where required. As a brand ambassador, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm, inspiring and memorable in-store experience. You’ll have a genuine passion for fashion, people and sustainability, and take pride in delivering exceptional service while representing our values on the shop floor.

Day to day, you'll be

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and experience through excellent sales service.
• Assessing customers' needs and providing assistance and information on all in store Nobody’s Child product.
• Following and achieving the department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis, going above and beyond to drive sales.
• Maintaining stock levels and ensuring assigned areas are kept in presentable condition.
• Ensuring consistent knowledge on Nobody’s Child products and new ins, with an ability to cross sell products and offer styling solutions to customers.
• Process POS (point of sale) purchases.
• Handle returns.
• Supporting with visual merchandising (VM).
• Suggest ways to improve sales through visual merchandising and styling.
• Represent our brand positively and passionately.
• Actively contribute to our company’s commitment to environmental and social responsibility by integrating sustainable practices into everyday work. This includes minimising waste, promoting responsible sourcing, supporting our circular economy initiatives, and encouraging customers and colleagues to make choices that align with our sustainability values.
