Job summary

Charles Tyrwhitt on Regent Street is seeking a part-time Sales Assistant (12 hours per week) to join Marta and the team. Weekend, evening, and bank holiday availability is preferred.

You will deliver excellent customer service, learn product ranges, and support stock and merchandising activities to help the store meet its targets. You’ll work with a team to create a positive shopping experience, maintain store standards, and contribute to overall sales performance.

We’re on the lookout for a Sales Assistant who will be working with Marta and the Team in our Regent Street store.

The contracts available are 12 hours per week (overtime also available). Our ideal candidate will have availability on weekends, including evening shifts and bank holidays.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Sales Assistant at CT, you’ll be responsible for offering exceptional customer service and maximising sales and KPI targets. Customer service is really important to us so you’ll be given expert product and selling skills knowledge to help you achieve this, and ensure you are up to date with the latest store ranges and promotions. As a member of the wider sales team, you will support and actively collaborate with your colleagues which will build towards the efficiency of the team and store’s success. You’ll be expected to perform some stock related tasks such as stock and accuracy checks, replenishment, and processing deliveries. Of course, there’s also parts to the role that include ensuring high visual merchandising and store housekeeping standards consistently, adhering to VM and Health and Safety guidelines.
