Routes To Work Limited is hiring Face-to-Face Fundraisers in Scotland. You’ll represent high‑impact clients at events and in-store promotions, engaging the public and driving sign-ups with confident, customer‑facing conversations.

This is a self-employed role with full training, flexible hours (32–40 hours per week), and uncapped commission. Earnings advertised as £26,420–£49,882.86 per year, with travel opportunities for national and international trips.

What we're looking for

Available 32-40 hours per week (part-time considered-apply to discuss)

Strong communication skills and fluent English

Experience in Sales, fundraising, or customer-facing roles is a bonus—but not essential (full training provided)
