Zachary Daniels are recruiting on behalf of a highly respected luxury jewellery and watch retailer. We are seeking a full-time Sales Assistant to join their boutique team in the South Coast area. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in jewellery or watch sales, or a motivated individual eager to learn and develop within the luxury retail sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a personalised shopping experience.
  • Support sales of fine jewellery and luxury watches, helping clients find the perfect piece.
  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards and assist with product presentation.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Learn about fine jewellery, watches, and luxury retail practices through ongoing training.
  • Assist with stock management, client communications, and after-sales support.
