Job summary

Superdrug in Croydon is looking for a Sales Assistant to welcome customers, promote Star Buys, and maintain stock readiness. The role offers flexible hours in a fast-paced environment with training and clear progression paths.

You will help keep the store inviting and fully stocked, supporting the team to hit sales targets while delivering excellent service to every customer.

Salary: £9.95 - £13.15 Per Hour

As a Sales Assistant at Superdrug, you’ll be right at the heart of the action—serving customers with a smile, sharing our amazing Star Buys, and making sure everyone leaves feeling great!

You’ll help keep the store looking its best and fully stocked, while playing a key role in smashing store targets.

It’s a hands‑on, fast‑paced role that’s never boring and packed with chances to learn. We see our Sales Assistants as future Team Leaders, and we’ll give you everything you need to grow—with brilliant training, and real opportunities to progress.
