HSL Chairs in Chester is seeking a Sales Assistant to join our welcoming team. You will deliver personalised service to introduce feel-good furniture and support customers in finding styles, fabrics and sizes that suit their needs.

The role requires a warm, empathetic approach and a keen eye for detail, with duties spanning showroom presentation and customer engagement. DBS check applies; open to a mix of weekdays and weekends.

What does a day in the showroom look like?

From the moment our customers walk through the door, you'll be creating a warm and memorable experience. That might mean greeting them with a smile, helping them dodge the rain with an umbrella, and guiding them through our unique chair fitting service. You'll help customers discover the wellbeing benefits of our expertly designed chairs and sofas, supporting them in finding a style, fabric and size that truly suits their needs. You'll also help keep the showroom looking its best, ensuring everything feels fresh, tidy and welcoming. We're open every day, so you'll need to be happy working a mix of weekdays and weekends. A DBS check will apply, as this is a customer-facing role.
