At Charles Tyrwhitt our purpose is to "Make it easy for men to dress well". We are looking for a Sales Assistant to work with Samantha and the team in our Chelmsford store. This is a 12-hour per week contract (overtime also available). The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, including bank holidays.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maximise sales and KPI targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of store ranges and promotions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support team and store success.
  • Carry out stock tasks: accuracy checks, replenishment and delivery processing.
  • Ensure high visual merchandising, store housekeeping, and adherence to health & safety guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in retail or hospitality with a focus on customer service.
  • High enthusiasm, drive and motivation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work confidently alone while contributing positively to a team environment.
  • Quickly build rapport with customers.
