Job summary

Regatta Limited in Bridgend is seeking a Sales Assistant to join our store team for 12 hours per week in a temporary 5-month role. You’ll deliver personalised advice, help customers with purchases, and contribute to a friendly shopping environment.

Starting pay is above minimum wage, with potential increases through our Trailblazers programme. A monthly bonus and staff discounts further reward your contributions.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Good communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a first-class customer experience tailored to individual needs.
• Replenish and display clothing and accessories with thoughtful merchandising.
• Provide expert product knowledge to help customers choose items for their adventures.
• Support store team with daily tasks and keep the store welcoming.
• Participate in the Trailblazers retail development programme to grow skills.

• Starting pay above minimum wage between £9.95 and £12.81 per hour
