Job summary

Topps Tiles is recruiting a Sales Assistant (Service Specialist) to join a small, friendly team in our Birmingham store. You’ll work 30 hours per week, including some weekends, helping customers visualise projects and choosing tiles with a consultative approach.

Training is provided, no prior tile knowledge required, and you’ll develop real sales skills while earning commission. Pay starts at £12.71 per hour (£10.85 for under 21) with personal sales commission.

No experience? No problem.

You don't need to know anything about tiles - or even retail. If you're outgoing, friendly, energetic and don't mind lifting heavy boxes, we'll give you all the training you need, including developing your sales confidence and skills through our simple, customer-first sales framework.
