Job summary

Savers in Castle Bromwich is hiring a Sales Assistant on a part-time basis. You will help customers, keep the store welcoming, and ensure the Savers standards are met. The role offers a friendly team environment with opportunities to progress within the company.

Shifts are flexible across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. Up to 33 days holiday, sick pay, pay app, digital healthcare, and retailer discounts are among the benefits.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and provide excellent service to create Savers smiles.
• Maintain store standards and contribute to clean, welcoming displays.
• Support the team in opening, merchandising and day-to-day shop duties.

Job description

Location: Castle Bromwich

Hours per Week: 8 hours with the opportunity to work more hours.

Shift pattern: Part-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £9.75 - £13.00 per hour
