Card Factory in the United Kingdom is seeking friendly, enthusiastic Sales Assistants to join our busy stores. No prior retail experience is required as full training is provided, and we value people who enjoy talking to customers and creating memorable moments.

You'll help customers at the till, keep shelves looking bright, and share our range of gifts and wrap. If you’re flexible with hours and enjoy a lively team environment, we’d love to hear from you and welcome you into the Card Factory

What You’ll Be Getting Up To:

• Put our customers at the heart of everything you do — it’s our promise to them.

• Serve at the tills with a smile, making sure everyone finds what they came in for (and maybe a little extra).
• Keeping our shelves stocked and looking fabulous.
• Recommend our amazing range of gifts, wrap, and more — we’re so much more than cards!

No retail experience needed, you’ll be working with a friendly team and receive full training. What matters most is that you’re friendly, approachable, comfortable on your feet (it gets busy, but it’s all part of the fun!) and ready to help. If you’re flexible with your time — we may even offer shifts across nearby stores if you’re up for.
