Job summary

SUPERDRUG in Biggleswade is seeking a friendly Sales Assistant to serve customers with a smile, keep the store well stocked, and help hit daily targets.

You’ll enjoy flexible hours (about 12 a week with additional shifts), weekend work possible, staff training, excellent discounts, and opportunities to grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Be friendly and approachable with a positive mindset.

• Willingness to undertake piercing services after training (not essential).

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with a smile and assist with purchases.

• Help the team reach store targets and KPIs.
• Participate in product training and promotional events.

Hours: 12 hours a week with the opportunity to work more hours

Shifts: Flexible - Monday - Friday also including weekends

Salary: £9.75 - £13.00 Per Hour

As a Sales Assistant at Superdrug, you'll be right at the heart of the action-serving customers with a smile, sharing our amazing Star Buys, and making sure everyone leaves feeling great!

You’ll help keep the store looking its best and fully stocked, while playing a key role in smashing store targets.

It's a hands-on, fast-paced role that's never boring and packed with chances to learn. We see our Sales Assistants as future Team Leaders, and we'll give you everything you need to grow-with brilliant training, and real opportunities to progress.
