Job summary

Savers in Bedworth is hiring a Sales Assistant on a part-time basis (16 hours per week) with the chance to work more hours. The role offers a supportive team environment and the opportunity to help customers find great deals in a fast-paced retail setting.

Salary ranges from £9.75 to £13.00 per hour, with benefits including generous holiday entitlement and access to wellbeing and digital health tools. Flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends are discussed at interview.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly and helpful customer service.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced store.
• Experience in a retail environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with purchases and inquiries.
• Maintain high store standards and presentation.
• Contribute to community engagement and in-store promotions.
• Support opening/closing procedures as needed.
