Savers in Banbury is hiring a Sales Assistant to join our fast-paced retail team. If you love delivering great customer service and being part of a friendly store, this could be your next move.

This part-time role is 16 hours per week with the option for extra hours. Shifts are across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. Salary ranges from £9.75 to £13.00 per hour, with holiday entitlement and a range of health and wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Willing to work flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build rapport with shoppers.
• Keep store standards high and ensure displays are tidy and appealing.
• Join a collaborative team and contribute to a positive in-store experience.
