Job summary

Mountain Warehouse is seeking a Sales Assistant for a seasonal, part-time role in Aviemore. You will help ensure the store runs smoothly, deliver a welcoming shopping experience, and support customers with product knowledge and promotions.

You will collaborate with the team to maintain high presentation standards, process transactions, and keep stock and displays up to date while upholding health, safety, and wellbeing guidelines. A positive, proactive attitude is essential.

Sales Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the store operates efficiently and delivers an outstanding shopping experience. Key Responsibilities

Team Collaboration

Operational Excellence

• Keep the sales floor clean, organised, and visually appealing, ensuring products are attractively displayed and fully stocked.
• Stay informed about product features, promotions, and pricing to provide customers with accurate and helpful advice.
• Help set up and execute in-store promotions and displays to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.

Customer Engagement

• Build strong connections with customers, engaging with them to understand your needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
• Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all.

Sales & Performance

• Work with the team to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to a high-performing and motivated workplace.
• Support store management in identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, helping the team achieve its full potential.
