The position includes an uncapped commission scheme and a funded NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service over 15 months. Starting salary is £22,527 rising to £26,116 after completion, with discounts on EE packages and tech products.

• Strong communication over the phone and with customers.

Responsibilities

• Talk with customers over the phone to understand needs and build relationships.
• Recommend EE products and services to suit customer needs.
• Meet goals and grow skills during the apprenticeship and NVQ study period.
• Complete a 15-month NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service with support (study day, tutor guidance).
