Join the ambitious team at RAINEY MAPAL, an industry-leading tool supplier and manufacturer based in Lisburn, Northern Ireland.

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with CNC metal cutting experience to join our Sales & Applications team. This role involves supporting existing aerospace and automotive customers across Northern Ireland, as well as identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will work closely with our team at RAINEY MAPAL in Lisburn and with colleagues at the MAPAL UK office in Rugby.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise job processes to increase efficiency
• Source technical information and provide expert technical advice
• Ensure quality control and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Set up and run trials on new tooling
• Collaborate with the technical team to customise machining solutions and demonstrate improvements for clients
• Generate technical quotations, including recommending manufacturing or machining techniques
• Support and grow business with existing customers
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Work remotely across Northern Ireland, visiting customers regularly
• Communicate and collaborate with the Area Sales Manager and internal teams in Lisburn
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times

Ideal Candidate

• Apprenticeship in Mechanical Manufacturing (preferred but not essential)
