Are you a sales leader who thrives on building, coaching, and inspiring teams to deliver exceptional results? Our client, a fast-growing financial services business specialising in Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs), is looking for a Sales & Training Manager to lead their IVA Advisor team.
Reporting directly to the Board, this is a high-profile role with full responsibility for sales performance, recruitment, training, and team development. You’ll have the autonomy to shape the culture, processes, and strategy while delivering real impact across the business.
As Sales & Training Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the IVA Advisor team. You’ll recruit and onboard talented advisors, implement training programmes to develop their skills, and create a culture of accountability and high performance. Coaching, mentoring, and motivating your team will be at the heart of your role, helping them consistently hit ambitious sales targets.
You’ll also work closely with the Board, reporting on performance, contributing to sales strategy, and helping to shape the overall direction of the business. Your insights will directly influence growth and operational improvements.
We’re seeking someone with proven experience in sales management, ideally within financial services or a high-volume, target-driven environment. You’ll be confident, data-savvy, and a natural mentor who enjoys developing people. Experience with IVA or debt management products is a bonus, but your leadership skills and ability to drive results are the most important.
