Overview

Memolub Australia are seeking a Sales and technical Manager to join our team. The successful candidate must be enthusiastic, reliable, motivated, possess a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to develop and learn. They must also be willing and able to travel regionally and interstate as required. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will play a vital role in providing impeccable service to our customers. Your main tasks will involve:

Responsibilities
  • Providing goods and services to customers/distributors;
  • Support, servicing, and installations onsite;
  • Increasing sales to existing and potential distributors;
  • Developing plans and strategies to meet targets;
  • Attend and participate in conferences and expos;
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs;
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services;
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data;
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences;
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Qualifications and Skills
  • The successful candidate will have at least two years’ experience in a similar role, as well as the following skills and attributes:
  • Mechanical and electrical knowledge;
  • Sound judgment and business sense;
  • The ability to work as a team as well as unsupervised;
  • The ability to develop strong relationships with clients and distributors;
  • Analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
  • Adherence to work health and safety standards;
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills; and
  • Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing at any time, and undergo criminal history screening upon appointment.
