Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing strategies to attract high-net-worth individuals, architects, property developers, and investors.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to conversion and aftercare.
  • Oversee all marketing activities, including branding, PR, digital campaigns, social media, SEO, and content creation.
  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships to enhance repeat business and referrals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with the design, construction, and executive teams to align messaging and deliver tailored proposals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to continuously improve strategy.
  • Lead and mentor a small marketing team (with opportunity to grow the department).
Candidate Profile
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior sales or marketing role, ideally within luxury construction, property development, or real estate.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and developing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of the high-end residential property market in the UK.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organised, strategic thinker with a proactive and professional approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
