Sales Support
Responsibilities
  • Assist National Account Managers with day‑to‑day account management tasks.
  • Prepare and maintain sales trackers, promotional calendars, and stock reports.
  • Coordinate product launches, promotional activities, and marketing initiatives with retailers.
  • Act as a point of contact for retailer queries regarding orders, promotions, and product information.
  • Collate and submit new line form information to retailers to support launches and discontinuations.
  • Support in tracking NPD sales forecasts and track sell‑out of lines pending discontinuations.
  • Prepare pricing and assortment files.
  • Handle requisitions for marketing samples and testers as needed.
  • Support market events and brand activities, ensuring close involvement and follow‑up.
  • Manage purchase orders, invoices, and pricing updates.
  • Ensure accurate data entry into internal systems and retailer portals.
  • Manage discontinuation communication to retailers on a quarterly basis.
  • Ad hoc admin as required.
  • Compile weekly and monthly sales reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to support business objectives.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and materials for retailer meetings.
