A respected UK SME is seeking a Sales and Commercial Director to lead their commercial transformation and rebuild capability. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in B2B sales within manufacturing or distribution, focusing on driving growth and profitability. Lead commercial growth and transformation as an experienced B2B sales leader, driving strategy, account management and business development across manufacturing and distribution. Oversee revenue, margin and CRM-led performance in a modern, customer-focused team within a well-established UK SME.

SALARY: £70,000 to £80,000 per annum + Opportunity to earn 30% Bonus + Benefits

As a Sales and Commercial Director / Deputy Managing Director you will oversee sales, marketing and commercial operations — combining strategic insight with hands-on leadership to build a customer‑focused, results‑driven team.
The Sales and Commercial Director / Deputy Managing Director will play a pivotal role in shaping business direction, modernising systems and driving sales performance while deputising for the Managing Director to ensure strategic alignment and continuity.
