About the Role

Are you a results‑driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and managing the full sales cycle? We're looking for a dynamic Sales Agent to take ownership of the entire sales process— from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing. In this role, you'll be both hunter and closer, identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and ensuring client satisfaction. You'll work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and drive revenue growth for Sunderland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, networking, and social selling.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
