Job summary

EE Limited is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Warrington to join our busy contact centre. You will answer inbound calls from existing EE customers, helping them choose the best phone and broadband deals and guiding them through EE products.

We offer uncapped commission and a starting salary of £26,116 that increases to £26,738 after eight months. This full-time role includes training, progression opportunities and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality helpful.
• Able to listen actively and talk fluently to customers.
• Interest in tech products and deals for customers.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from EE customers and help them find the best deals on phones and broadband.
