Job summary

EE in Warrington is hiring a Sales Advisor to join our busy contact centre. You’ll take incoming calls from existing EE customers, help them choose the best mobile, broadband or device deals, and guide them through our products with a focus on excellent service.

We offer a starting salary of £26,116, rising to £26,738 after eight months, uncapped commission and benefits such as 24/7 GP access, free parking and product discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be a great listener and fluent talker.
• Experience in retail or hospitality is an advantage.
• Ability to understand customer needs and match to products.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls from existing EE customers and assist with mobile and broadband deals.
• Help customers navigate EE products and services with clear explanations.
