Qualifications

• Outgoing, energetic and love talking to people.
• Experience in retail or hospitality helpful.
• Warrington contact centre training provided on joining.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls from existing EE customers to help them find the best deals on phones and broadband.
• Assist customers in navigating the different EE tech products we sell.
• Listen carefully and match customer needs with the right product.
