Job summary

EE in Truro is seeking a friendly Sales Advisor to join our busy contact centre. You’ll take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on phones and broadband while guiding them through our tech products.

Starting on £13,928.53 with potential to rise to £14,260.27 after eight months, this part-time role offers uncapped commission, great benefits and flexible hours in a sociable team.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, energetic and loves talking to people.
• Experience in retail or hospitality helps.
• Part-time availability: 20 hours, Mon-Fri 16:45–21:00.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on phones and broadband.
• Guide customers through EE tech products and options to match their needs.
