BlackwaterRecruitment in Central London is seeking motivated individuals for an Entry Level Sales Advisor role. No experience required; opportunity to gain practical skills in a customer-facing environment at high-footfall events and promotions.

You will represent recognised non-profit organisations, engage customers face-to-face, and participate in daily upskilling sessions. The role is full-time, five days per week, with Brand Awareness Fee, uncapped commissions and weekly earnings.

Responsibilities

• Earn via Brand Awareness Fee, uncapped commissions and incentives; earnings settled weekly.
• Commit to five full days per week (Mon-Sat).

Entry Level Sales Advisor Role - Central London (No Experience Required)

Our client, an established sales and marketing company based in Central London, is looking for motivated individuals to join their growing events division. Representing recognised non-profit organisations, they deliver face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns across high-footfall events, retail pop-ups and promotional locations.

No previous sales experience is required. Instead, our client is looking for individuals with strong English communication skills, a professional attitude and genuine motivation to learn, gain experience and continuously upskill themselves.

Client training, practical experience and invitations to daily upskilling sessions are available from the start, making this a great opportunity for individuals looking to develop transferable skills and commit to something long term.

This is a face-to-face opportunity operating across retail pop-ups, promotional events and other event-based settings within Central London. No previous experience is required. Individuals from retail, hospitality, customer service, administration, warehouse, care, sales and other customer-facing backgrounds may have transferable skills relevant to this opportunity. This opportunity operates on a subcontracted basis. Earnings consist of a Brand Awareness Fee (where applicable), plus commission and financial incentives.

This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/College/University), or current international students. Due to availability, our client is seeking candidates that can work 5 full days per week (Mon-Sat).
