Job summary

Crew Clothing is inviting applications for a Christmas temporary Sales Advisor to join our store team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store standards, and driving sales across our range while assisting customers with product information and stock availability.

Flexibility is required to cover 4–8 hours per shift during the festive period. The role supports multi-channel shopping options and provides a welcoming and engaging environment for shoppers

Qualifications

• Customer service focused and friendly approach to shoppers.
• Strong written and verbal communication is essential.
• Experience in the retail sector helps with product knowledge and upselling.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand.
• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and benefits and stock availability.
• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines.
• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store.
